An RF(Radio Frequency) switch is provided to implement the ring type RF switch using a CRLH(Composite Right/Left-Handed) transmission line with a phase difference of 180 degrees. An RF switch(100) includes a diode(130), a first CRLH transmission line(110), and a second CRLH transmission line(120). The diode is operated as a switch when receiving a control current. The first CRLH transmission line has a phase of Phidegrees and supplies a signal transmission path from a first terminal to a second terminal when the diode is short-circuited by the application of the control current. The second CRLH transmission line has a phase of (Phi-180) degrees and supplies another signal transmission path from the first terminal to the second terminal. The second CRLH transmission line has a phase difference of 180 degrees with the first CRLH transmission line.
