SENSOR APPARATUS FOR CONFIRMING OF FILLING GROUT FOR INSTALLING CAISSON

A sensor apparatus for checking filling of grout for installing a caisson is provided to monitor filling of grout in a void at the bottom of the caisson accurately by installing filling sensors and temperature sensors at a vent hole. A sensor apparatus for checking filling of grout for installing a caisson comprises an outside measuring sensor, an inside measuring sensor(60), and a data logger. The outside measuring sensor includes filling sensors(1), wherein one is attached at a high point distant from the lateral bottom of a bottom plate(90), and the other is installed at the higher point than the former one. The inside measuring sensor includes another filling sensor and a temperature sensor(7). The filling sensor and the temperature sensor of the inside measuring sensor are installed at vent holes(2) formed at the bottom plate of the caisson. The data logger connects with the outside and inside measuring sensors through cables, installed at the top or exterior part of the caisson.
