摘要 A method for manufacturing a display substrate, a method for forming an inorganic film, and a method for manufacturing a display device using the same are provided to skip a photographic process for patterning an upper alignment layer or a lower alignment layer, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process of the display substrate. Conduction pads(156), to which a common voltage is applied, are formed on a lower base substrate(120). A lower organic pattern(180) is formed on the conduction pads. A lower alignment layer(130) is deposited on the lower base substrate to cover the lower organic pattern. The lower organic pattern is removed to expose the common electrode partially. A common electrode is formed on an upper base substrate. An upper alignment layer, having a contact hole for partially exposing the common electrode, is formed on the common electrode. A sealant is formed between the lower alignment layer and the upper alignment layer. A conduction spacer is formed between the conduction pad and the common electrode so that the conduction pad is electrically connected to the common electrode through the contact hole. A liquid crystal layer is formed between the lower alignment layer and the upper alignment layer, wherein the liquid crystal layer is sealed by the sealant.
