A flexible shielding apparatus is provided to improve the stability of a liquid crystal structure by using a liquid crystal layer including a plurality of liquid crystal micro-cells. A lens unit(120) includes a plastic substrate having a transparent electrode, and a liquid crystal layer. A driving unit(100) controls a driving state of the lens unit and senses external light. The driving unit includes a light detection device(110) for sensing the external light, a driving control device(130) for controlling a driving operation of the lens unit according to an optical signal applied from the light detection device, and a power supply unit(140) for supplying electric power to the light detection device, the lens unit, and the driving control device.
