METHOD FOR FABRICATING MICRO PIXEL LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

A method for manufacturing a micro pixel LCD is provided to shorten the time for injecting a micro pixel mixture by forming an inlet and an outlet for the mixture on a semi-panel. At least one inlet(510) is formed in one side of a semi-panel(540) so that a micro pixel mixture is injected into the semi-panel through the inlet. At least one outlet(520) is formed in the other side of the semi-panel so that the injected micro pixel mixture is discharged through the outlet. The inlet and the outlet are disposed at corners of the semi-panel diagonally to each other so that the injected micro pixel mixture is smoothly discharged. A vacuum pipe(530) is connected to the outlet of the semi-panel to form a vacuum condition within the semi-panel, thereby injecting the micro pixel mixture to the semi-panel more smoothly. Herein, an injection rate of the micro pixel mixture is controlled by regulating the vacuum degree.
