<p>An oil pump vane and a manufacturing method thereof and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to quickly process round parts by forming the round parts via the press reciprocating. A method for manufacturing an oil pump vane comprises the steps of: an initial molding step(S100) of correcting a type of a material; a press cutting step(S200) of cutting the corrected material by a press process; a round shaping step(S300) of inserting the cut material into a round mold whose inner portion is rounded, and forming the round parts at two sides of the material by pressing the two sides of the material via reciprocating of the round mold; a thickness grinding step(S500) of grinding the front and rear sides of the material wherein the round parts are formed; an overall length grinding step(S600)of grinding the upper and lower sides of the material wherein the grinding for the front and rear sides is completed; and a barrel step(S700) of grinding a rough surface of the ground material.</p> |
