A safety diagnosis apparatus of a bridge-seat device for bridge pier coping is provided to check deformation and damage of the bridge-seat device easily, and to prevent accidents. A safety diagnosis apparatus of a bridge-seat device for bridge pier coping comprises a fixing frame(10), a left/right rotational instrument(20,20a) and a diagnosis/operation frame(30,30a). The fixing frame is a standing plate body fixed to an upper surface of an upper plate(41) of the bridge-seat device that has the upper plate fixed to a lower end of a bridge girder, a lower plate(40) fixed to bridge pier coping, and an elastic member(42) interposed between them so as to buffer shock from lower and upper parts. The left/right rotational instruments are located between front/rear vertical plates of the fixing frame, shaft-coupled to left/right shaft holes so as to be respectively rotated, provided with a shaft bar having a shaft groove, and shaft-fixed to a rubber roller tightly attached to a lower end surface of the upper plate. The diagnosis/operation frames are provided with a diagnosis protecting frame including a limit switch that has a transparent display window in one part and a push bar in an inside end, and transmit to a manager terminal at the operation of the limit switch so as to notice it to a manager.
