The method involves preparing lower elements (8) and an upper sub-assembly (9), and fixing a slug (12``) of an interface device (3) on the upper sub-assembly. Reinforcements and a film are placed on a lower surface of the sub-assembly during the preparation of the sub-assembly. The lower elements, upper sub-assembly and the slug are placed within a mold. A liquid material poured into the mold expands within the mold to form a core intercalating between the lower elements and the upper sub-assembly. An independent claim is also included for a sliding device.
