PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for winding up bread dough which smoothly transfers a feed conveyor belt, will not cause the rear end of conical bread dough to move, can change a winding shape loosely and facilitates cleaning of the inside. SOLUTION: The feed conveyor belt 4 of the apparatus 1 for winding up bread dough is equipped with a pair of belts 8 and 8, which are horizontal at an inlet side and in a cross multiplication state which narrows down into a V-shape at the outlet side. A winding end centering apparatus 30 is installed between the feed conveyor 4 and a clamping and pressing roller 6. The winding end is positioned at the center of a dough piece. The clamping and pressing roller 6 and belt bodies 7 have a drive motor that controls the rotational speeds for each roller and each belt body, and is connected directly to the side. Each clamping and pressing roller 6 is adjusted so as to increase the rotational speed of the roller in stages so as to smoothly form dough. A frame 5 is divided into two parts, the clamping and pressing roller 6 and a pair of the belt bodies 7 are divided, while being able to isolate the opposing faces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
