<p>This invention provides a granulated material compression molding method and compression molding apparatus which can produce tablets with high productivity and having a uniform shape. In the compression molding method, a raw material is compression molded by a pair of pressure rolls (1, 2) to produce a granulated material. At least one pressure roll in the pair of pressure rolls has a predetermined number of molding holes (16) on its outer peripheral part. Further, a compression pin (17) inserted into each molding hole and a predetermined number of pin support members (18) disposed separately from the compression pin are internally slidably mounted, and the compression molded granulated material is extruded by a compression pin while sliding contact with the pin support member. The compression molding apparatus comprises the above pressure roll, a compression pin inserted into each molding hole, and a predetermined number of pin support members disposed separately from the compression pin, which have been slidably internally mounted.</p> |
