Security contact lock is intended for protection of motor vehicles from stealing and is drawn directly onto the axle of the steering wheel of the motor vehicle. The lock is set onto the axle (34) by means of the clamps (32) and fixed to the shell of the vechicle by means of a hole (31). Safety contact lock secures the bonnet of the engine and enables opening only upon unlocking it over the handle connected to which is the wire cable of the engine bonnet. Turning a key (37), makes the key-hole (22) to go into the groove (29) on the handle (27) and so it blocks the bonnet of the engine, while the key-hole (22) at the same time presses the body of the blocker (8) that by meand of a spring (9) thrusts the blocker (11) that goes into the clamp (32) which blocks the axle of the steering wheel. Turning the key (37) in the direction of a watch-hand by 70, the handle (27) and the blocker (8) are released, and with further turning by 200 the contract is achieved, while turning by 300, starts the engine. This solution provides for making of more than milion locks while all the keys are different. Axle of the steering wheel cannot be released, neither the motor can be put into drive nor the bonnet of the motor can, by any means, be opened except by cutting the lock with the milling machine. There can be added only this lock as a block to the steering wheel, while the existing lock is used for starting the engine.The lock can be mounted without any additional works on the vehicles or the lock itself, with a new or an old vehicle. It is not possible to activate the lock without pressing the button on the lock and, at the same time, turning the key.
