<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broiled eel processing method for improving the taste and the fishy smell. <P>SOLUTION: The broiled eel processing method comprises splitting and grilling any one of eel, saury, sardine, round herring, conger eel, and loach.
