<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract related patent information or scientific technical information from discussion contents while assigning data for specifying a speaker to statement data as needed with consideration for the degree of disclosure within a community, and deliver the information to a community server in a processed state thereof as needed. <P>SOLUTION: A technical subject is extracted from a content discussed in an opinion exchanging site such as a blog, the technical subject is compared with known intellectual property information to form an intellectual property map, and the intellectual property map is delivered to a place where exchange of opinions is performed on the Internet to activate the discussions to thereby support creative activities. The function of an intellectual property information providing server is executed by the server itself, or within a community server on the Internet, a server of a link resolver, a server of an organization repository, a server of an aggregator, or a server of a patent database or scientific technical database, whereby each organization provides the own intellectual property information to the community. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
