<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation of acoustic characteristics that are sound quality or the like for each mobile device, relating to a speaker and the mobile device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, the speaker comprises a speaker case body 9, a diaphragm 10 provided in the speaker case body 9, a voice coil 11 coupled to the diaphragm 10, and a magnetic circuit 13 for which the voice coil 11 is arranged in a magnetic gap 12. A sound emitting port 19 is formed at a part of the speaker case body 9 in contact with one surface side of the diaphragm 10, a vibration load suppressing body 20 is provided in a part in the speaker case body 9 in contact with the other surface side of the diaphragm 10, a first ventilation port 24 of a ventilation path 23 is connected to the acoustic downstream side of the vibration load suppressing body 20 viewing from the other surface side of the diaphragm 10, and a second ventilation port 25 of the ventilation path 23 is connected to the outside of the speaker case body 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
