PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device capable of acquiring easily a blood component measuring device capable of efficiently measuring a trace amount of test material.

SOLUTION: The separation device includes a separation function material for separating a solid component and a separation object material included in a liquid component simultaneously from a blood specimen, when measuring the test material included in the liquid component in the blood specimen comprising the solid component and the liquid component.
