PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of making quick warming property and low pressure loss compatible. SOLUTION: When the temperature of engine cooling water flowing in a heater core 17 isα°C or lower, a rotation position of an adjustment door 50 is set to the maximum cooling position, and the whole of the warm air heated by the heater core 17 is further heated by an electric heater 40. When engine water temperature TW isβ°C or higher, the rotation position of the adjustment door 50 is set to the maximum hot position. Thereby, a passage area at the adjustment door 50 side becomes maximum, and an amount of warm air by-passing the electric heater 40 through the adjustment door 50 of the warm air passing through the heater core 17 becomes maximum.
