PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal management system and a management server which, when a portable terminal is used to receive provision of various services and in case that the portable terminal is lost or stolen, ensure sufficient security and minimize damage that a user undergoes by more surely preventing a third malicious person from fraudulently using the portable terminal. SOLUTION: When a distance between a first position notified by a first notifying means of an information terminal and a second position notified by a second notifying means of a biological data detection terminal exceeds a predetermined range, or when one of the first position and the second position can not be confirmed, the management server gives the information terminal an instruction to lock a display screen of the information terminal.
