PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability concerning an operation log such as a receiver report. SOLUTION: When a report description event occurs in a step S2, processing is advanced to a step S3 and a date and a content are added to the receiver report. Whether a report display operation is performed or not is judged in a step S4. When the operation is performed, processing is advanced to a step S5 and a report list is displayed. When a report selecting operation is performed in report list displaying, report details are displayed in a step S7. Concerning the displaying, a "delete" button is newly arranged in addition to a "to the list" button (an error report non-display means). The applicable receiver report can be deleted with the "delete" button similarly to a reception message list. As an action for depressing the "delete", a delete flag is raised in the internally deleted message (a non-display attribute is added: step S9) and the message where the delete flag is raised is not displayed.
