PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve the vibrating performance quietly by eliminating a water supply and discharge device, and accessories such as piping without using liquid such as water. SOLUTION: In a resilient body 32, one support part 41 is fitted to an outer tub 33, the other support part 41 is fitted to the bottom of a washing machine outer frame 30, at least one support part 41 is provided with a damping means 42 for damping rocking motion, whereby the rocking motion of the outer tub 33 can be surely reduced without any increase in weight of the outer tub 33. The damping force of the damping means 42 can be enlarged to cope with the magnitude of eccentric load of washing so that vibration performance can be efficiently improved quietly.
