PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser repair method for liquid crystal panel, capable of efficiently and stably performing laser repair of a defective pixel irrespective of the structure of a liquid crystal panel, a laser repair apparatus, and a method of manufacturing the liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: In the laser repair method for liquid crystal panel, emitting a laser beam toward the defective pixel of the liquid crystal panel, a laser beam, having a first spot size smaller than the minimum width dimension of the pixel, is emitted towards the defective pixel and a laser beam having a second spot size which is larger than the first spot size is emitted, while a gas bubble formed by the irradiation remains.
