PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device with a sensor for preventing deterioration of the detection accuracy and sealing performance, even when it is used under a severe environment, and to provide a bearing device that uses the sealing device with the sensor. SOLUTION: A sealing device 21 with a sensor comprises a pulser ring 27 as a part to be detected; a rotation-side sealing member 22 that integrally rotates with a rotating member; a resin part 25; a core bar 24 as a shape-maintaining member to maintain the shape of the resin part 25; and a sensor 28 as a detection part molded in a resin part 25 at a position facing the pulser ring 27. It is also provided with a fixed-side sealing member 23 secured to a fixing member; and an elastic seal 26, between the rotation side sealing member 22 and the fixed-side sealing member 23, as a sealing member for sealing the axial end surface of a rolling bearing.
