PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation structure of a piezoelectric pump with a built-in driver capable of radiating heat generated from a heat generation element of a drive board further well when a piezoelectric pump and the drive board are housed in the same housing. SOLUTION: Heat generated in a circuit board 43 of the drive board 40 is transmitted to the drive board 40, and escapes to a shim 11 through a wiring projection 11a superposed on the drive board 40. That is to say, a part of the drive board 40 is superposed on the wiring projection 11a radially projected from the metallic shim 11, and the shim 11 is always cooled, whereby the heat of the drive board 40 can be radiated with high heat radiation capability.
