<p>A wind kinetic energy generating device includes an output shaft (1), a fixed unit (2), an outer rotary unit (3), a trail control unit (4) and a rotary wind unit (5). The fixed unit (2) has a bearing, the output shaft extends through an inner bore of the bearing. The bottom of the outer rotary unit is fixed on the output shaft, there are a number of holes in an outer pipe wall, and upside and downside connectors (32, 33) are set at the ends of the outer rotary unit. The trail control unit is placed on the top of the output shaft rotatably, the trail control unit includes a rotary disc (41) and a guiding plate (42), the outer wall of the rotary disc has a trail control groove (411), and the rotary disc is oriented by the guiding plate on basis of the fluid flow. The rotary wind unit includes two linkage (51), upside and downside winds (52, 53) and a transmission unit (54), the transmission unit has a rotary shaft (55), a locator (56), a transmission part (57) and a rolling part (58). The trail control unit can orient to the direction of the fluid flow via the guiding plate, and the efficiency of the rotary winds can maximize.</p> |
