when the server delivers the content to a user which he has subscribed or requested, it generates a personalized processing strategy of the content requested according to the basic information of user and of the content requested; the server judges whether the personalized processing strategy meets the user's requirement, if yes, it delivers the requested content to the user terminal according to the personalized processing strategy; if not, the server obtains the relative user information or/and other relative content information which meets the user' requirement, and generates a new personalized processing strategy, the server will not delivers the requested content processed according to the personalized processing strategy to the user terminal until it has determined that the personalized processing strategy meets the user's requirement. By adopting the present method, the obtained cost during the personalized processing of the dynamic content is reduced, the delivering efficiency of the dynamic content is increased and the user feeling is improved.
