Provided is a method for applying ultrasonic oscillation to a melted resin material by using an apparatus (30) which applies ultrasonic oscillation and is attached to a molding apparatus (10). In the method, load on an ultrasonic oscillator is reduced and a quantity of air bubbles contained in a molding is reduced by controlling the pressure (P) and the melt viscosity (Q) of the resin material at the time of applying ultrasonic oscillation.
