<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero taper stack in a simple shape in the plan view which relaxes or avoids an excessive fitting that is the drawback of a cross-shaped zero taper stack. <P>SOLUTION: The zero taper stack in a hole form is provided in a conveyance tray which is laminated in a multiple levels for carrying a rectangular plate body. The zero taper stack includes a bottom surface having a Y-shape in a plan view and a side surface which is almost perpendicular to the bottom surface.
