PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display panel in which heat-treatment can be applied on numerous circuit boards at one time and a problem due to handling multiple circuit boards is hard to occur. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the display panel includes a heat-treatment process applied in a state that the two circuit boards 41, 42 are superposed. The two circuit boards 41, 42 have a structure 40 on each one side (processing faces 41A, 42A), and a heat-treatment process is executed in a state that the reverse side faces of the processing faces 41A, 42A (rear faces 41A, 42B) are mutually opposed. In the two circuit boards 41, 42, their edge parts are fixed by a plurality of clips 7, and mounted on a setter 5 via a spacer 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
