PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable reduced in hardness and thickness, with less fluctuations in electric resistance, and having a covering easily separated at terminal treatment. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable has an insulating layer covered on a center conductor, an external conductor installed on the outside of the insulating layer, and an outer sheath wound with a resin tape 10 on the external conductor. The resin tape 10 has a resin layer 11 and an adhesive layer 13. Then, the width L of the adhesive layer 13 is made narrower than the width W of the resin layer.
