PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device which improves an operational speed while reducing the size and power consumption. SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage device is provided with; a plurality of bit-line pairs BL and/BL which are arranged to cross each other; a plurality of word lines WL; a single port SRAM cell 6 which is connected to the bit-line pairs BL and/BL and the word lines WL and has a single port for inputting and outputting data; a first row decoder 1a and a second row decoder 1b which are connected to the word lines WL and select row addresses; and a first column decoder 2a and a second column decoder 2b which are connected to the bit-line pairs BL and/BL and select column addresses.
