PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which keeps interlayer adhesion, heat resistance, and weatherability even when subjected to large depth embossment. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet having at least a pattern layer, an anchor coat layer made of a two-liquid curing type urethane resin, a polypropylene resin adhesive layer, a transparent polypropylene resin layer, and a surface protection layer in turn on a substrate made of a colored olefin resin, an embossment whose maximum depth from the surface is at least 120μm and not exceeding the total thickness of the decorative sheet is applied, and the polypropylene resin adhesive layer is made of a mixture which keeps a maleic acid-modified polypropylene resin and an ethylene-propylene copolymer elastomer loaded with compatibilizing rubber.
