PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high quality concrete having beautiful surface which prevents the occurrence of pockmarks on a concrete surface and secures a sufficient covering depth for reinforcement. SOLUTION: A pockmark preventive concrete formwork 10 includes a formwork body 11 for holding a shape of the concrete, a ventilation spacer-cum-sheet support material 12 installed on the concrete side of the formwork body 11, and a ventilation waterproof sheet 13 set up on the concrete side of the ventilation-cum-sheet material 12.
