PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic pallet changer allowing easy manufacturing and maintenance repair by simplifying the constitution. SOLUTION: This changer comprises a cylindrical shaft 20 having a center shaft formed to be hollow to be rotatable, upper side hydraulic plate 23 and lower side hydraulic plate 24 arranged in upper part and lower part of the shaft 20, respectively, and formed integrally with the shaft 20, a vane 21 inserted between the upper side hydraulic plate 23 and the lower side hydraulic plate 24 to surround a part of an outer peripheral surface of the shaft 20 and provided integrally with the shaft 20, a stopper 30 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 20 to limit the flow of the shaft 20, a housing 10 storing the shaft 20 and the stopper 30 and having a hydraulic supply port formed in an internal surface, a fixed arm 11 fastened to the housing 10 to fix the stopper 30, and a pallet 40 moving in upper, lower, right and left directions by interlocking with the shaft 20.
