An information processor has a judging means for judging whether or not a called telephone number included in a received call control signal is registered in an advertising contract object including the telephone number of an advertising contractor who has entered into a contract with an advertising provider stored in a storage means and identification information on the advertising provider for identifying the advertising provider with whom the advertising contractor has entered into a contract, an extraction means for extracting the advertising data of the advertising provider identified by the advertising provider identification information corresponding to the called telephone number from the storage means if the judging means judges that the called telephone number is registered in the advertising contract object, and an advertising data transmission control means for transmitting the advertising data extracted by the extraction means to a telephone apparatus identified by a call telephone number included in the call control signal.
