The composition may be delivered by intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intranasal, oral inhalation, intrarectal, intravaginal or intraperitoneal means for the treatment, including prophylaxis of Type I, Type II diabetes, prediabetes and/or metabolic syndrome.
