<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for a scroll operation to enhance convenience for a user in the scroll operation. <P>SOLUTION: This display controller of the present invention is provided with a drag operation determining part for determining whether a drag operation is executed by the user or not, based on the presence/absence of a pressing operation for the first push button 2a, and the presence/absence of an output from a moving detecting sensor 2c, and a display control part 1i for displaying the first display area W21 indicating that a display content within a window moves at the first velocity by the scroll operation, and the second display area W22 indicating that the display content within the window moves at the second velocity by the scroll operation, while associating both display areas with a peripheral edge of the window, when the drag operation is determined to be executed, and for moving the display content within the window at the first/second velocity to be displayed, when a position of a cursor displayed on a display screen exists in the first display area W21/the second display area W22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
