<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article-conveying apparatus capable of improving conveying efficiency by shortening time from occurrence of conveying work information until the actual start of conveying an article to be conveyed related to the conveying work information. <P>SOLUTION: The article-conveying apparatus includes a control means H that is constituted so as to perform a preliminary travel process for controlling running of a moving body V in a non-working state. When no moving body V stops at a stop position for receiving an article, the control means H makes a moving body V in a non-working state among a plurality of moving bodies V travel to the stop position for receiving the article, and to a standby position set at near side to the stop position for receiving the article when another moving body V stops at the stop position for receiving the article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
