摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for higher enhancing efficiency in supplying reducing agent to an exhaust emission control catalyst in an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device comprises the exhaust emission control catalyst 7, a reducing agent supply means 8 for supplying the reducing agent upstream of the exhaust emission control catalyst 7, a turbocharger 4 having a turbine 42, an exhaust storage means 20 for storing exhaust gas, an exhaust gas introduction passage 21 connecting an exhaust passage 6 upstream of the turbine 42 and the exhaust storage means 20, an exhaust gas intruding amount regulation means 10 for letting exhaust gas flow in the exhaust gas introduction passage 21 to store the exhaust gas in the exhaust storage means 20 when the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust passage 6 is in a predetermined condition, and an exhaust gas supply means 10 for supplying the exhaust gas from the exhaust storage means 20 to the exhaust passage 6 when the reducing agent is supplied by the reducing agent supply means 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
