<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate quickly coping with business situation and schedules which are changing daily by enabling a user himself or herself of each organization to manage set values according to the situation of a project when integrating and operating a plurality of computers distributed and arranged on a network. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 61 of this distributed computer system has a CPU resource allocation setting function, a business application resource allocation setting function, a queue priority setting function, a queue information configuration function, a user information configuration function, etc. and manages the number of business application tools which can be used with the authority given to the user for each organizational hierarchy.
