PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule which is improved in the masking of its content, light-shading effect and disintegrating property without relying conventional methods and also is greatly reduced in its production cost. SOLUTION: This soft capsule 1 is produced by preparing a filming agent 21 from a gelatin solution consisting of gelatin (100 pts.wt.), glycerol (20 to 40 pts.wt.) and purified water (90 to 120 pts.wt.), incorporating bubbles 22 into the filming agent 21, to prepare a gelatin sheet admixed with bubbles 22 and encapsulating a content liquid 3 by the resultant gelatin sheet.
