PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of effectively preventing generation of wrinkles in paper carried out of a fixing unit. SOLUTION: This image forming device 1 has the fixing unit 20 having a heating roller 21 and a pressurizing roller 22 fixing toner to the paper, a paper carrying passage 4 carrying the paper coming out of the fixing unit 20, a first discharge roller mechanism 30 and a second discharge roller mechanism 35 arranged in the paper carrying passage 4. A driving roller of the first discharge roller mechanism 30 arranged just after the fixing unit 20, is composed of a single driving roller 32. This driving roller 32 is arranged in a central position in the width direction with respect to the carrying direction of the paper carrying passage 4. A dimension in the width direction with respect to the carrying direction of the driving roller 32, is set to a dimension of 1/10 or less of a maximum dimension in the width direction with respect to the carrying direction of the carrying paper.
