PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common hole machining device having the flexibility of adjusting of a machining position, when common hole machining is performed on rim flanges of pipes. SOLUTION: The common hole machining device 10 performs common hole machining on the rim flanges of 1a, 2a of the two pipes 1, 23 vertically superimposed by a vertical shaft. The common hole machining device 10 comprises a base 20 horizontally attached by using a bolt hole 3 of the rim flanges 1a, 2a, a hole machining machine 50 supported on an upper surface of the base 20 and capable of changing a distance from the pipe 1, and a hole machining shaft 56 provided so as to vertically move on a side surface opposite to the pipe 1 of sides surfaces of the hole machining machine 50. The base 20 has a pair of links 25, and the links 25 are coupled to the two bolt holes 3, thereby attaching the base 2.
