PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill unit capable of assuring rigidity of a tool for improving a service life of the tool, and a drill and a holder used in the drill unit. SOLUTION: Since the drill unit 1 has a drill 10 designed to have a suction path 16 recessed on an outer peripheral surface of a body 11 to discharge cut chips through the suction path 16, the rigidity of the tool can be assured and the service life of the tool can be improved compared with a case in which the body 11 is structured to be hollow and the cut chips are discharged through the body 11.
