PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable forming of a fiber reinforced material at a job site. SOLUTION: A hose 2 is arranged and fixed in an objective shape. Carbon fiber is inserted into the hose 2 in a bundle 3, and after filling a thermosetting resin in the hose 2 (see an arrow 4), the thermosetting resin is hardened by applying current by installing an electrode on both ends of the bundle 3 of the carbon fiber. Alternatively, the hose 2 of installing a current-carrying material on an inner peripheral surface is arranged and fixed in the object shape, and the fiber is inserted into the hose 2 in a bundle 3, and after filling the thermosetting resin in the hose 2 (see the arrow 4), the thermosetting resin is hardened by carrying the electric current to the current-carrying material of the inner peripheral surface of the hose 2.
