PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game board and game machine, which mainly detect a change in relative position (a positional shift) to an outer frame of the game board. SOLUTION: When an operating member 210 is rotated, a slide member 208 located inside an outer edge part of a base 24 comes into contact with one support piece 218, and the pressing force is applied from the support piece 218 to the slide member 208. Thus, the slide member 208 moves from the outer edge part of the base 24 to the outer frame 12 side. At this time, a detecting contact part 232 of a switch member 224 is subjected to pressure from the wall part 12A of the outer frame 12, so that the contact detecting part 232 is housed in the interior of a switch part body 230. When the contact detecting part 232 is housed in the interior of the switch part body 230, a detection signal is output from the switch member 224 to the main control board 102, and the main control board 102 determines the relative position to the outer frame 12 of the base 24 to be a normal position.
