PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game media separator which enables the discharge of game balls and disclike bodies separately from each other without causing jamming. SOLUTION: The game media separator 10 makes a selection plate 12 reciprocate along an inclination. The selection plate 12 is provided with a number of game ball discharge outlets 12a which let the game balls 2 pass but none of disclike bodies 3 pass. A passage port 33 so shaped as to let the disclike bodies 3 laid over the selection plate 12 pass but none of game balls 2 pass is formed out of a selection member 34 with its face opposed over the surface of the selection plate 12 at the position on the lower end side of the selection plate 12 from the game ball discharge ports 12a. When a mixture of the game balls 2 and disclike bodies 3 is guided to the upper end side of the selection plate 12, the game balls 2 are separated through the game ball discharge ports 12a and the disclike bodies 3 through the passage port 33 respectively while they flow down on the selection plate 12 reciprocating along the inclination.
