摘要 Provided is a crystalline silicon thin film solar cell which achieves insulation between two or more unit cells by using a thermal oxide layer. The crystalline silicon thin film solar cell achieves insulation between unit cells by using an oxide layer formed by performing thermal oxidation, and after removing portions of the thermal oxide layer, the unit cells are electrically connected to each other by a conductive layer formed on the thermal oxide layer. An insulating layer of the crystalline silicon thin film solar cell can be easily manufactured and has a good insulation property to increases surface characteristics of the cell, so that the solar cell having a high efficiency can be manufactured.
