A radio communication method and device enable the signaling efficiency of forward shared control channel to be enhanced. In the present invention, by adding channel ID domain into access grant signaling, finishing access grant and indicating a diverse channel resource allocated for a terminal can be realized in one signaling, therefore a RLAM signaling can be saved. The value of signaling ID domain could be a valid channel node number or an invalid channel node number, if it is a invalid channel node number, the terminal is indicated to check the RLAM signaling further. The invalid channel number could also be used to indicate the carrier information and so on.
