The device has a blower (10), a heating unit (12) and telescope flow-pipes (6) transferring warm air flow and exhibiting a flexible pipe part i.e. shaft pipe, and a rigid pipe part made of metal. The flexible pipe part is connected firmly with a housing and the rigid pipe part is fixed onto the flexible pipe part. The rigid pipe part mounts the flexible pipe part in a folded condition. The housing has a deck shell and a middle part with lengthwise partitions (9). The blower and the heating unit are accommodated in the middle part.
