The gear has a trunk piston (1) provided with a piston pin (2), and a connecting rod (3) creating a drive connection between the trunk piston and a crank shaft. A bolt bearing (4) i.e. antifriction bearing, supports the piston pin and a pin bearing (3.1) i.e. friction bearing, on the crank shaft. A connection (3.2) is provided in the trunk piston for passing an oil mist from a crank shaft area. The piston pin is rotatably supported in the trunk piston by the bolt bearing present in the connecting rod.
