The valve has a valve member (2) releasing and locking an injecting opening (4) arranged at a valve seat. Actuators (8-10, 17) are connected with the valve member. A pretensioning device pretensions on the valve member, where a flexible hollow body (7) of the pretensioning device is filled with gas or vacuum. An outer side of the body is in connection with the fluid to be controlled to provide counterforce against a pretensioning force of the pretensioning device when fluid pressure deforms the body. A spring unit is arranged in the body for providing a portion of the force.
